Sex Offense Cases
Conviction of some sex offenses requires a sentence to prison for an "indeterminate term" (a possible life sentence). Any conviction of any sex offense, even with guaranteed probation, can result in lifetime supervision and mandatory treatment with jail still possible if you fail to comply.
